I wouldn't put Kelly Price in that bunch...I'd put Angela Winbush in place of her. Most of the people who surf through this board probably haven't even heard of her (she's also Ronald Isley's wife). Beautiful woman too. She's one of those artists that came about a little bit too late to be appreciated. Her best music came during the mid-late 80's (when sythasization got big). Personally, I would have loved to hear her sing over real instruments, and not the electronic "button mashing" music. She was fire, nonetheless. Her music is well suited to listen to late at night. I love hearing her sing to me as I fall asleep.
I'd have to squeeze Erykah Badu in there somewhere. She's probably the best female artists that our "hip hop" generation will ever see.
Sade has to go in there somewhere also. You can't mention "best of all time" without Sade being on the list. Angela Winbush reminds me of her a bit...not voice-wise, but her overall content. Very smooth.

Its hard to just make a list of ten females that’s the greatest of all time. Each generation has their own top female entertainers. So it hard to put Beyonce in a list with Aretha Franklin.
