I say try to slow things down a bit cuz you just started talking to him in December. Of course everything is gonna be great in the beginning because its a fresh, new experience for you, but don't rush into anything (whether it was a brotha you met on AOL or not). Also, not to rain on your parade, but be careful with those internet peeps. About two Sunday's ago a guy from my hometown was robbed, beaten, shot and murdered by a guy he met online. He called his folks to tell them that he was meeting the guy, but after a few days passed they hadn't heard from him so they called the Houston police. The cops found him in his apartment the following Wednesday. I'm not trying to scare you, just be careful and protect yourself, physically and emotionally.
^^^^ Oh yeah, I understand completely...I dont ever typically meet people off the net....but like I said...I met him at a party where me and a whole bunch of my friends were at so they all saw a good look of him, and I know how dangerous meetin peeps off the net is...thats why if I do it....Im never alone and its with a lotta people around...and he is a college student here in Tallahasse, not like some old **** man or whatever...but I appreciate all the feedback. :wink:
? Anywho, u know how i am, so like it's already been said before, i think u should definately pray about it, seek some guidance, and use your heart AS WELL as your brain. U gotta discern if what you're feeling is truly love, or just strong infatuation. Cuz sometimes we tend to get the two confused.
More than anything, try not to stress over it or overthink the situation. Just live. If it's meant to be, it's going to come to past regardless.
