Just Say No To Fast Food!!!

Has anyone seen the Documentry - "Super Size Me"?? The facts that have been uncovered with McDonalds and the whole fast food indusrty are disturbing. They say in the next few years obesity will surpass smoking in preventable deaths!!! Did you know that if you eat fast food 3 or 4 times a week it could cause several illnesses later in life?? :arrow: Endometrial Cancer :arrow: Steatohepatittis :arrow: Insulin Resistance :arrow: **** Cancer :arrow: Stroke :arrow: Gall Bladder Disease :arrow: Coronary Heart disease :arrow: Asthma :arrow: Osteoarthritis :arrow: Sleep Apnea :arrow: Prostate Cancer :arrow: Colon Cancer :arrow: Reproductive Hormone Abnormalities :arrow: Polucystic Ovarion Syndrome :arrow: ADULT ONSET DIABETES!! Just to name a few In fact, if we continue to eat Fast Food, 1 out of 3 children born in the year 2000 WILL DEVELOP Diabetes.... If a Child develops Diabetes before 15 they could easily lose 20 years of their LIFE!!!!!!!!!! I know college students like myself, LOVE fast food. Most of us like to eat out with friends especially before or after leaving the club..Just know what your doing now could cripple you and your kids later in life!!

it's hard for me especially since i work at Mcdonald's. i don't like the food Burger King is better, it's just that we get free food.

umm, im too broke for fast food :cry: but i guess thats good ina weird way... but i love me a good ole veggie subway or quiznos sammich...oh yea

But it is food. I can't resist food. By the way, I am hungry.

But I have nothing else to eat when mom doesn't cook.lol
