This down low phenomenon

I'm sure we've addressed this issue already but here's my 2 cents anyway... I don't think it's so much the blame of down low brothas, I think it's CHEATING brothas period who are making a major contirbution to the HIV/**** rates in African American communities. But, instead of placing blame we should work on protecting ourselves and educating one another on this disease.

...My ex was a DL brotha...although it hurt like hell...i had to break it off with him... Now i dont think we can BLAME them 100% on the fast spreading HIV disease...however...by being out there like that...they are risking...and increasing the chance...they are a PART of the blame...
