Eldwidge Danticat

Hi everyone, I'm new to the board. Forgive me if there has been a post on this author already. I discovered her book in Borders yesterday just looking around. I read Breath, Eyes, Memory in a few hours. It was really deep and a fluid read. I wanted to know if anyone has read her other books and what your thoughts were.

I read excerpts from her novel the Dew Breaker in two different Anthologies. The stories that I read from the anthologies were interesting, but the novel as a whole sounds incredible.

I read Breath, Eyes, Memory and found it to be very good. I was sad about what happened to the mom though.
