Neways, make sure he's not running game... if you know he is, but still want to lose it... then make sure you don't get attached to him, B/C you'll regret it, and he will MOVE ON.
He just might not be ready to take that step himself because he knows it will be a huge step for you and that he is making a huge commitment. He just might not be ready for that commitment and may be fearful that he might end up hurting you. Just take your time w/ it.
