NCCU accepts students based on a profile. In other words, it's not always your SAT or your GPA that determines your acceptance. If your serious about NC Central, enroll in our SAT Preparation camp. The scores you make at the camp can be used for admissions. In most cases, there is a 115 - 215 point gain for students who train under Dr. Joseph Aicher. http://www.nccu.edu/univcoll/page4.html Your GPA looks fine, but you probably won't qualify for any school-based scholarships. Start visiting www.fastweb.com, to try to apply for other scholarships. If you don't perform well on your SAT, and are offered provisional acceptance, they will allow you to come to campus and take a few classes next summer. If you make satisfactory grades in those classes, then you may enroll as a matriculating student. Just some options. And BTW, you need to get on the phone with the Admissions office (919) 530-6298 or Toll free: 1-877-667-7533. Good luck!
