maybe it's because i'm in the South or somethin', but pretty much ALL of my friends & peers have said that they got whooped with more than just a belt....& some didn't even get the belt - they got it with other things......a switch has seemed to be the most common....
my brother & i always got it with a belt....nothing else....& i wanna say this thread was up a long time be4, 'cause i remember typing what i'm about 2 say next, lol, but anyway....my mom used 2 work for the LAPD...& the belt she'd always use was the one from her uniform....& that wuz noooooo joooke!

belts....i got whooped with an extension cord once by my mom...and my dad after being out of my life for 8 years decided that it was okay for him to hit me with a bathrrom brush...

whoopings continued far too many years in my house...
at first it was fly swatters and slippers. my mom beat me once with a belt for stealing. the slippers continued on for minor things, and these lil' inch-wide pieces of lumber appeared for bigger shyt. then they made me hold out my hand so they could hit it hard with a big wooden spoon. one time i popped a blood vessel from that.
when the loofa handles and lumber all broke apart on my ****, my dad brought out a metal mop handle, and told us its name was "Mr. Green". He ended up calling it "The Stick", same as everything else. when my brother got caught stealing last year, I think my dad broke 3 belts on him. the marks are still on the wall. the girls never got The Stick. :x
my dad stopped beating me, but if my room is messy or i really **** him off, he either picks up a hanger off my floor (which always breaks) or he starts punching me... i just realized that n!gga literally punched me last summer. damn!
