As u all know the **** case of emit till the young boy who was so called beaten(that word does not come close to describing what happenned). If u are a member on blackplanet.com u might have noticed the article posted about the case being reopened. first off i might say that i thought as u grow older you are suppose to become more knowlegable and wise. This proved that wrong becase when the white woman was asked about the case she would not speak about it and others who had a tie in the incident acted like there was nothing to talk about. These people are now in their 80's and still havent learned from a lifetime mistake. what do ya'll think about this please read the article also

I think its sad that they had to wait like 50 something years later to actually try to open up the case. The real F*ed up thing about it that it was more than 2 dudes involved with the killing of E. Till. I stay in MS and one of the dude's who was on trial from the murder of him had a store in this town named jonestown ms along with his brother. When the guy passed away some years ago he's brother closed the store a couple of years later and now their family owns a washing machine store in downtown Clarksdale Ms. Both parties later admitted to be involved in the case and said that it was more then the 3 of them involved that they even pressured some blacks to help them beat him. (was reported in the MS Clarion newspaper last year) and the lady is in a nursing home but she wont talk or testify. Maybe she feels like its her fault when it kinda is....
Emmett Till's mother passed away last year I believe and I think its just said that she never got a chance to get a fair trial when she was alive. Those pictures of him are crazy. I mean they leave u speechless.
