A Hungry Mind
Today I met a bulimic
Said she was hungry but it was all in her head
Heartbeat beat steadily
But she had gone brain ****
I mean… she did eat food
But had a tendency to throw it right back up
Said it was pointless to consume
Cus she could never get enough
She told me she felt empty
Unsatisfied and kind of shallow
I said “Yo… that’s deep”
As she walked and talked, I followed
We talked about society, religion, and culture
How she felt the world was trying to bring her under
How she got her daily dose of beef and vultures
And how SHE created the void that was the cause of her hunger
She craved a food that couldn’t be bought
A food that was one of a kind
She told me she needed food for thought….
…So I gave her a piece of my mind.
so she could have peace of mind.

Its funny you say that because it was anorexic originally. I changed it to bulimic cus is it made more sense in my head...
as for the food...
i'll cook up (write) something later on . I have some older joints on here too. I'm too lazy to take the stuff out of my journal and type it out lol.
