In the 1st Chapter God Creates Adam and Eve at the SAME time..
1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it
But, if you read chapter 2 it says Adam gets lonely and God takes a rib from Adam to create Eve..
2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
My only question is that SOMEBODY needs to make up their mind. Did God create Eve with Adam or did he create Eve with a Rib??

Well, let's back track first of all and look at the context of the second chapter.
The first chapter describes parts of the creation by day.
The second chapter finishes this description in verses 1-3. This is what it says in verse 4 of chapter 2:
These are the generations of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens.
This verse signifies the transition out the description of the creation into a deeper description of the creation of man. This isn't in chronological order because verse 5 from chapter 2 references verse
12 from chapter 1. Another reason to believe that this, is the fact the in chapter one, between creating plants, herbs, etc. and man, there was creating stars and the animals of the sky and land. Chapter two just goes more in-depth into the creation of man, rather than the earth and the universe.
To answer your question in short, chapter 1, gives a brief description, yet broad, while chapter 2 goes a lot more in-depth to just the creation of mankind. God created everything in 7 days, which didn't equate to 168 hours, just for the fact that God's time is not our time(2 Peter 2:8).
Now, for the rest of the things you listed, you'll have to read up yourself to answer them. All those things from the old testament were from the Law, which carried no redemption. If you check out the gospels you'll see examples of how Jesus did things which followers of the Law saw as sin. But, Jesus came to fulfill the law (ref. matthew, mark, luke, john, key: Luke 24:44 ).
As for Jesus having long hair, yes he did. Nazarenes never cut their hair. This signified a vow that they had taken to the Lord.
This verse of course can't be interpreted that easily. The Bible says that long hair is a shame unto a man. The Bible also said that him who hangs on a tree (cross) is cursed. The poor in the dispensation of the time that Jesus lived in was also looked down upon. Jesus (while on earth) wasn't a didn't have anything close to a glorious appearance on the outside and didn't exactly live the most comfortable life. This is what I take from this right now, but I'll make sure to study up on it some more.
