I a currently attend Spelman College, and I love it. But I grew in NC about 20 minutes away from Bennett College. The decision is ultimately yours, but research both schools. While both of them are excellent institutions for African- American women, depending on the type of person you are and your academic/ social needs, either one could suffice. But honestly, and biaslly SPELMAN is great! I enjoy and am challenged by the academic environment. Additionally, I love ATL. Also, the Atlanta University Center (Morehouse, Spelman, Clark Atlanta, ITC, and (what's left of) Morris Brown) is the largest consortium of black colleges!
