lol, didnt mean to sound like a smartass there. but seriously... eat more. and lift weights to gain muscle weight. i had a boyfriend once upon a time that was trying to gain weight; and he went from about 160 to 190 by eating lots more and lifting weights and stuff.
Milk and PBJ sandwiches. My coach made us do that for football. It helps u put on weight and keeps much needed vitamins in you instead of unneeded sugars and fats. And Pasta
Creatine is still experimental.
However, remember Creatine Phosphate is already produced by the kidneys; if you introduce more creatine than the body is already producing then eventually your body will stop producing it. It is a drug and your body gets addicted to the extra levels.
It also can cause severe dehydration and the by-product of creatine after consumption is similar to uric acid, which is a toxin that your body expels in your ****. If you have too much of it, you may overload your kidneys and or digestive tracts.
Common side effects of creatine include but are not limited to diarrhea, increased bathroom urges, and bad acne. Once you get off creatine for an extended period, you often lose 15 - 20% of what you gained and you increase your chances of muscle tear and strain.
As R.O.D.D. said, high protein/starch diets are your best option.

That works. Since it's a lot of carbs, that a lot of energy too. I wrestled in high school and on tournament days after weigh in, everybody would start eating pasta and sandwiches for the extra energy and weight. it gives you an advantage.
