This dude is tellin' the truth... most artists who act do it to boost their sales. Makes sense, but still doesn't mean you have skills.
The only 2 artists I know of who are fairly decent actors are Will Smith and Mos Def.
Will Smith was more of an actor than an artist to begin with, so that's out.
Mos Def... Brown Sugar did suck, but he made up for it with Something the Lord Made.

I thought J.Lo was an actress before she put out an album, and I don't think Mark Wahlberg is that bad of an actor. Hell I'm kind of glad he gave up the music. Now with all that aside, why the 3rd person.
