f**k all HBCU's...they cost too damn much...we gotta love em tho
I love my CSU.... which is an HBCU... only 12,000 a year if you stay on campus aproximately..... I think..... Thats slightly cheap. If I moved off campus I'll be paying under 3,000 a year. But I love staying on campus also it's so convenient.

Tie in living expenses and you'll be paying the same.

Hmmmm Not if I stay at home with my mommy. I'll just have to pay for my gas and things of that nature.

I got Financial Aid... I could have probably gotten more scholarship money at a PWI but I love being around african americans... It makes me feel closer to home even though I'm only 45 minutes away.

They do cost a lot and they are stingy with the free money!!! Well I will speak for Tuskegee University. It cost approximately 20,000 per year. But most of the time I think it's worth it. HEYYYYYYYYY TUSKEGEEEEEEEE!

I agree with Monte on this one. I don't buy into that whole "I got screwed over here, so they ain't getitn my money" mentality. Part of the reason you went through what u did is because of stingy alumni who refused to take care of their alma maters. I don't know what its like for ya'll but i love my school and Morehouse (particularly the Music dept) will be seeing me and my donations in the future. Maybe its just a Morehouse thing but something wouldn't feel right in my soul if i don't give back after i graduate because despite the problems this school did alot to mold me into the man i've grown to be and still growing to be...
