Because more than likely she's in high school. Generally when you get to college your greek family members begin to gauge your interest in pledging.

I am interested in becoming an AKA, mainly because alot of my family is in and I like what they represent. Could someone please give me info on the other sororities? I wouldn't want to make a decision without info!!! Just like tell me official stuff and even things that they are known for. Like everyone says AKAs are light-skinned but that isn't true, I don't think. I've seen some dark-skinned AKAs. Soooo A lil advice would be loved from those that have been there, done that.

I know your a legacy and all with having multiple family members in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.....it's disrespectful to the letters these people have pledged for, they see it as no different than you putting on a AKA shirt and your not an AKA....but you still can't make it known that you want to pledge AKA Toni, Dee...U two beautiful women...Don't snap on her please.....because I know www.google.com <-------Ur best friend....you may even find secrets about the Sorority that are only found out during the pledge process....I found what I wanted and even more..... ::disapears::
*smh*
