OK since you want formal I aim to please without proper insult. To: Members of the HBCU CONNECT Community From: Member IIISWIDESHUT Subject: A new forum for members of social organizations/Non-Pan Hellinic Date: 18 JANUARY 2006 1. The purpose of the following memorandum is to request a forum for fraternities that are not a part of the Pan Hellinic Council and to offer information for the visitors of this post who may be offended at the request for lack of information. 2. The Greek forum is not the proper location for non- Greek Organizations such as the National Society of Pershing Rifles or Groove Phi Grooves because these organizations are non-greek. Furthermore there remain a handful of Greek lettered organizations that are not affiliated with the Pan Hellinic Council and could use a forum that is designed just for them. 3. The request for such does not constitute any anger or ill will against any Pan-Hellinic Organization but, moreso attempt to clear the forum for them to discuss there issues and cleary outline a place for others to discuss there's.

I move this thread be given serious consideration when and only when there are more than fifteen threads concerning these other organizations with at least fifteen posts apiece made by different members of HBCUconnect that happen to be a part of these various organizations. Otherwise it would be a great waste of space.

There aren't 15 active users on this site, people come and go + Its a small request for a forum, for people who are in frats just not greek ones. I've seen more than 15 post by P/R's KK PSI and Grooves alone. The P/R group has more members than most of the greek groups. Its a legit request for the hardest pledging frats!
