Male HS B-Ball player needs to gain weight and bulk up. Any tips??

Increase carbohydrate intake to protein ratio 4 to 1. Eat 6 times daily with the bulk of the your carb intake coming in the later part of the day. And if all else fails Weight Gainer 2200 on sale at your local GNC(PLUG). Complex Carbs: White Bread Pasta Cheese Lean meats 100 grams of protein daily.

yea, and a protein shake wouldn't hurt either. I been using a product called NO-xplod (for before the workouts, has creatine & all kinds of good shet to make u feel like Hulk while your doin yur reps.) and N-Large, I drink like 2-3 shakes per day between meals, it helps to build up muscle recovery times as well as gain weight. make sure you eat right though, and drink alotta water. muscles lovvve to get somma dat water! dpsnutrition.com will hook you up for the best prices & shipping out there. believe me, i've looked!! and my homeboy is a p.trainer so he always has the best info. I used to be on the GNC creatine, which worked pretty well, (for highschool football) but that NO-xplod has that PLUS more inside. i be ready to smack **** in tha club like er'other day!! lol! j/p
