WERE YOU LEFT OUT? Posted on 04-27-2006
stay on fire

Young graduate executives leave their legacy by changing the world as strong leaders, not weak immature kids who wait for parents to decide when they should grow up... That's What's Up! I speak to young leaders who have morals and ethics, not scary cowards who run away from me to play hide-go-seek... Real leaders speak up on my thread because they know they aren't losers, not the lurkers who are defeated losers in life... How are you positioning yourself as a leader to win, not a **** high on parents traditions? P.S- Were you left out from 144,000 sheep radio program, "where young executives have power, not your parents", every 2nd and 4th Saturday at 3:30PM on WYZE 1480AM in Atlanta or WYZEradio.com at 3:30PM

What is positioning? Positioning is discovering what strengths you have to offer in life as a leader and sacrificing your "me too" approach... "Me too" is the expression for saying Beyonce is a good performer, and you would get on the Apollo and say "me too"... There are to many "me too's" in the world which are so much alike, but only a few distiguished leaders who seperate themselves by sacrificing everything to be great at one specific thing in life... Prime example, using India Arie's new single. She defined herself as a natural sister, who speaks about reality concerning how you should be proud of who you are. She's not your typical performer, but she niched her differentiating style in the music industry, not as a "me too", but stands out as a leader in her own expression, while sacrificing glamour so she will leave a LEGACY!!!

There's a small tale which illustrates... A man received a vision of hell. He saw a giant cauldron pot in the midst of a starving throng filled with wonderful, nutritious food. Everyone around the cauldron was starving because their spoons were too long. In distress and desperation, they struggled to get the long handles positioned to get a bite or two out of the cauldron... Next the man was provided a vision of heaven. Same cauldron pot. Same overlong spoons were provided to everyone. But here everyone was happy and well-fed. They were feeding each other... When we all try to get our needs met all alone all by ourselves, it is an extremely painful and distressing situation...

I recieved a call from a friend a couple of weeks ago who is a graduate from Spelman. They were going through a delima about how to pay off student loans and establish a career. Things didn't go as planned in their goals... Suddenly, my friend crossed paths with another graduate friend who told them about how she was in a similar situation, and happen to stumble on a Foundation called the "Yasha' Millionaire Club"... The Yasha' club connected her with people who had connections in executive corporations which pay for your education when they hire you. But you would have to be recommended by the Yasha' Millionaire club to qualify... Eventually, she felt confident about the club because they gave her hope and helped her from killing herself due to being turned down by the world so many times, not just a sermon at church. P.S- The "Yasha' Treasures from Heaven" millionaire club speaks out to young executive graduates in Atlanta on the 144,000 sheep radio program, every 2nd and 4th Saturday on WYZE 1480AM at 3:30PM or wyzeradio.com on the same day. You may also get in touch with them at Beythel7@aol.com. Subject: 144,000 sheep.
