dumb stuff that young black people do Posted on 07-11-2006
Hahaha

what are some dumb things that young black people do that you just don't get? >sagging pants this style actually originated in prison. wearing your pants down like that was a way to let everybody else know that you "belonged to someone else". you know...that you were "taken". whenever the dominant prisoners saw someone walking around with sagging prison pants, they knew not to mess wih them because they were already somebody else's b!tch. what else can you come up with?

Good theory but you are actually very wrong. The sagging pants did originate from the prison systems, however it didnt come from inmates wearing them to say they " belonged to someone else. " It came from the fact that belts are seen as a potential weapon so they are not allowed to be worn by the inmates. And as a result their pants would sag from not being able to hold them up. Once inmates were released they brought that same " baggy pants mentality " into the streets and then it began to spread like wildfire. Thus making it " cool " for our black men to have their pants hanging off their ****.

yellin at they kids all loud in public. i don't really see any reason to yell at one-and-a-half year old DaeDae, especially when he's not doing anything a normal one-and-a-half year old child wouldn't do. nothin a quick shake can't fix!

I know right! I want to say something to those mommas so bad! But how would I look like with my young **** telling a thirty something year old woman how to handle her child? It irks me though.
