Question 1 Ok. I was wondering... How big are the Howard Dorms? Do you get cable? What's the curfew? What are they like, in general? **************** Question 2 How hard is it to get into AKA? I know, I know...I can go to some website and it'll "tell me". But really, how hard is it for real? And how big is it? You know, how many girls are in it at each college? (Howard in particular) How do you even join? ..When I get to college, do I just apply? Or do they have to approach me? Can freshmen be in it? What's the ratio of girls who apply compared to the ones who get rejected? (P-l-e-a-s-e ...Don't let me get rejected...)

And now the truth slowly comes to light. Well Miss Ashworth....I'd suggest that you Google the Alpha Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and begin your search for knowledge. It might also behoove you to keep quiet about your "aspirations"....especially since you've stated what school you're interested in. But hey, it's a little late for that, so I'd just focus on high school and getting good grades if I were you.

What do you mean by that?

As C_Nels stated, being discreet about your aspirations is really important. You might want to go lurking around in the Greek threads to see what I'm talking about. Just be lucky that he said something to you first instead of someone else.

No one said anything about putting you on a reject list. I was simply reitterating what you said about them not rejecting you. But you're still missing the point about being discrete so I guess this conversation will continue to go south if I keep entertaining your responses. However, I'm glad you've got your priorities in order  All jokes aside, keep doing well in those AP classes girl...you'll be on your way to Howard in no time.
