ok it seems to me that you want to have your cake and eat it too. What are you looking for right now do you want longevity? Decide who has the most potential for that. Because it seems that mr. summer love and you have problems linkin up since u live in different areas right?

I agree. I also believe that if you don't really love the person who is willing to die for you, then you should tell them. In the long run, it will be very beneficial in your relationship, knowing each other's level of affection for each other in that relationship. As for mr. summer love, it sounds like he was just that, a seasonal love. So, if you believe in your heart that it won't go anywhere, then don't let it. Or you'll probably come regret it. Wow that really is something. Well it all comes down to who can do more for you in the end in all aspects, but one thing to keep in mind is infatuation is a hell of a thing and can fool you into believing the feeling is love. I say feel out your options but school boy seems like more of a secure decision.

But on another note...I don't see any point in settling for school friend because passion and physical connection are two MAJOR aspects of any relationship and if you don't have those (you said you didn't feel anything when you kissed right?) then it's probably going to be an impossible or at least unpleasant relationship..plus this school boy is a friend so you should want the best for him and the best is a girl who is feeling him on all levels.. STILL i'm not sure if you should invest so much time in mr summer because of the distance issues...but on the other hand where there's a will there's a way and if you two really want to and can stay committed then you can make it work...either way you'll never know unless you try and at least if it doesnt work out you'll be able to move on fully without any nagging what ifs....

Leave both of them alone and focus on graduating. The "summer" guy already has his degree and don't let him distract you from your education. If he was really into you, he would pick up and move to where you are. Trust me, if a man is really into you and thinking of you as marriage material, he will pick up everything and move to be close to you. (Because he doesn't want to risk another man getting with you.) So summer guy is probably just after a summer "fling''. So move on and don't string Mr. "school friend" because it wouldn't be right. If you don't see him as a potential mate be honest and upfront. He will appreciate you for that. Don't use people! A woman of morals and integrity is honest with men if she isn't interested and does not string them along. Let your "school friend" find who is the right one for him. After you see that new woman appreciate everything about "school friend", you will see his worth. As that saying goes, " Another man's trash is another man's treasure."

maybe i need to clarify. I do have physical chemistry with school friend. I have EVERY type of chemistry with school friend, emotional, mental, physical, spiritual. I DO see him as a marriage prospect. i think he would make an excellent husband. i said kissing "summer love" didn't feel the same, BECAUSE i like school friend so much. "school friend" is willin to make all types of changes in his life to be with me. i have love for him. i just don't think i'm in love wt him, because if i was i would not have been up in summer love's house. ..as i'm writing this,and have been thinking about since for the past 2 weeks, i realize more fully how strong i feel about school friend, and think that summer love was just a fling i need to forget about.

Well, at least you know how you feel. That's always good in a relationship. And you love 'school friend' so that's a start to falling in love with him. You don't ALWAYS have to fall in love with someone to love them all together. Love often takes on many forms, that's why it's so hard to pin down and understand.
