I am graduating next year; class 2009. I plan to apply Early Action to Howard University this fall to the Nursing Program. I have a cumulative GPA of 2.4 as of now & a year to date GPA of 3.0 Although low, I have improved as a student. I am involed in the following clubs:Key Club, LGS, History Club, Photography club, SCA Vice President of Activities, Uzuri, and Who's Who Among American High School Students. I do volunteer work at a local hospital & have accumulated community service hours. I have completed clinicals/internship at a local pharmacy.I am also enrolled in a Pharmacy Technican course offered by my high school. This is a dual enrollment program which allows me to earn college credits. I have also recently taken my Pharmacy Technician exam I passed. So, I am a State Certified Pharmacy Technician. I plan to have a job in a pharmacy by the end of the school year. I have also had work experience. I have had t`wo jobs & I am currently employed. I have also taken my SATS for the first tmie in January. I scored a 920 on the English & Math sections. I plan to retake them & also take my ACT. I REALLY want to become a Bison. lol. DO YOU THINK I HAVE WILL BE ADMITTED?

Honestly you do sound pretty motivated... but I think you may have to score a little higher on tha SAT, I have an 1170 on the math and verbal and they were still a lil skeptical on academic admission... But im sure you'll get in then...
