I will be transfering to CAU in the Fall and I was considering staying in Heriatage Commons. Does anyone know anything about it?

They're pretty good apartments. Not the best, but they're not the worst. Some people don't like them because the rules have gotten too tight, and its suppose to an off-campus apartment(even though its on campus) Some of the rules are beneficial, considering the crime around the campus. But, as a transfer student, I would stay in Heritage or The Suites. You will meet a lot of upperclassmen, have your own apartment, and you will only have about a 5-10 minute walk to the main campus, where classes are held.

Do anybody know about CAU suites?

so how is residential apartments (new rez)?
