I know it sounds like a stupid question, but here's the thing: I could use any little bit of help I can get in making it in. I'm applying to some top HBCU's, so I need all insiders.
So let's take Spelman-- Would it appear I have more initiative if I apply via mail? Would that make me more tangible to the admissions officer?
Or would they prefer online because its more systematic and high-tech, not to mention bigger print?
Lol, it sounds silly but I really want to know.

Personally, I think you should apply online. When I was applying to a lot of schools last year it just made everything easier.
Good Luck!

I would utilize the online option. Personally, I think its better for traceability.Good Luck!!!!
I'd apply online. Hardcopy anything is pretty much a thing of the past, especially in an office setting like admissions!

yeah, i know what you mean, im thinking about applying online b/c i dont want SC's admissions officers having a hard time reading my handwriting....i believe that their online app. is like $10 less than the paper version....but if you do decide to use the paper version make sure you make copies of everything you send off
