Dont worry about it. They have a good basketball team. Actually, they won the D III championship a few years ago. Also, they have homecoming during basketball season.If you like football, we have NFL (TN Titans), Arena (Kats), and several college teams (TN State, Vanderbilt, MTSU, Austin Peay,etc) in the area. As a matter of fact, I think Fisk students can attend TN State games for free. Dont quote me,but thats what I have heard!
Claflin doesn't have a football team neither but Basketball season was/is off the hook!
And just like Blue said, go to a neighboring school's football game if football is what you want....the best of both worlds!
