My name is Rico Rawsey, I am 46 years of age and doing business as Shephard Family Enterprises in Detroit, Michigan. My main goal is to inspire not to discourage any one from using what God has given each and everyone of us. True, I am a very stern man and a very aggressive one. I my education and analysis in researching the facts have indeed caused such impact to veer those who are in doubt to a greater level of understanding. I cross examine everything and have produced such results which have aroused many in my circle as well as others. I am part of a group of educated black men of 30 who incorporate change and have seen great results in our communities. Our way may be different than others but we have moved young men lives to the point many have left the drug game or life of destruction to embrace our way of living and thinking….. Yes, it is true not all have agreed but our results in the inner city and black communities have produced great results. We produce strong black men, independent from a womanly way of thinking, aggressive in learning the facts, we have groom black men to first research truth before speaking about it and to never expound on anything until they have proof to support it…… I am a black leader of my community…….

First off I wanna commend you because I live in Detroit and there is alot of troubled youth here( mostly the young black males) and what you are doing to help them is wonderful. we need alot more people like you to step up and help our youth here in Detroit.!!!

Thanks a lot, I have been helping youth by inspirational conversations or poems that I have written and reflects most of their common everyday lives…… I also mentor young black males one –on- one on the streets no matter where I may be… I go off into the clubs and challenge older black males in knowledge and conviction to what blacks are suppose to stand for…. . Many of them are surprised at what I have to say do to my corporate appearance and structure. But when I begin to lay down the knowledge they say……. “ Man, you are an O.G. for real……. What changed you……??”…. Then I go off to guide them into what is true based on what I have learned through my studies…..
