as the rich get richer... Posted on 06-22-2004

bored once more..ok so over the past decades blacks have finally formed social and financial classes, WOOHOO...but it seems the blacks who are higher up on the totem pole seem to disregard/degrade/ridicule/judge/stereotype/complain about blacks who are less fortunate because of certain situations...but it seems other races who are in more financially and socially higher in their particular race try to help each other out more...ex.spanish,asian,whites even...why does this seperation exist so much more commonly among our race than any other??

It exists more commonly because you see it more, which is because you are black. If you were a rich (assuming by rich we mean has "alot of money", which doesn't say anything about character or happiness) person of any other nationality you wouldn't see your rich father/mother pouring money out into the lower class communities of that nationality. People in general do not help out those in need. The rich white cats are giving money back to their already extremely rich schools. So saying that black people do it less is unfair. When you talk about the attitudes people have towards the people with less money, I would say that they never changed. Before they had money they were hating on somebody that did have loot, and after they get loot they look down on someone with less loot. It's always been competitive.(oh, my Benz is cleaner than your Camry!) There is a different type of wealth and that is wealth in character that allows us to percieve all as equal and cancels out all that other bull.

Why help someone out with a self-inflicted problem(s)? Simply put, broke *****s stay broke because they don't have their priorities straight. Is it a coincidence that they usually have a Gang of Kids? How many broke people do you know that own a television? EXACTLY! If you are struggling, you shouldn't even have the time to watch TV. Another thing is sense of entitlement/trying to live above their means...if your income is below $50,000, you shouldn't even have a car, or your own spot. It is much smarter to take the bus and stay at home. Don't buy name brand clothes, just stick to Payless. Real talk, I'm only 21, but am close to reaching millionaire status just cause I made all the right moves. Self-Control and Discipline can prevent alot of problems from occuring.

Lol. Affluent whites don't associate with Trailer Park Trash...they cut them off. Spanish & Asians help each other, but it's usually because they're immigrants.
