Do ya think he makin a wise decision by enterin the draft? For ya who dont know he is a Point Guard from NY who is supposedly the best high school player in the nation. But hes only about 6'2". He's also Stephon Marbury's cousin

6'2?? From what i saw when I saw him he's barely scraping 6'0 like me...
But there's no way he's ready for the League right now in my opinion...He's a project and may be worth it because of the lack of good PG's in the league at the moment but he's a project. Somebody must have guarenteed him that he'll be drafted in the 1st round

he did look like hes only 6'0 ....but from what i saw when he played on espn, hes still got some growin to do. I mean the NBA is for grown **** men...or boys in a grown **** man body(Lebron James). But like Riley said, hes a project.

The Clippers were lookin at him alot cuz they have no PG. But I mean Its some nice PGs comin out of college. Come on now Jameer Nelson or Sebastian Telfair?

That's what i meant when i said somebody probably guarenteed him that he'll be selected but I think the Clippers are only a player or two away from being REAL contenders in the league...and No doubt i would take Nelson over Telfair at this point especially because Telfair isn't even the top pg in High School.
He is aight, my school whooped them in the Federation Championship...He aint ready for the NBA though  :arrow:Mount Vernon Tops Defending Champs
Mount Vernon captured the Class AA boys championship of the Federation Tournament on Saturday by knocking off defending champion Abraham Lincoln and ending Sebastian Telfair's high school career with a loss.
Class AA MVP Shanty Robinson scored 19 points and Dexter Gray added 16 for Mount Vernon, which outscored Lincoln 33-12 during the middle two quarters.
Telfair, who could make the jump to the NBA this spring, passed up two all-star games to play in Lincoln's final game. But he scored just 14 points and went 5-for-14 from the field.
Mount Vernon put the game away with a 14-4 third quarter. Gray scored back-to-back baskets that gave the Knights a 37-26 lead, and finished the period with a field goal with two seconds left.
But the Knights first pulled away in the second quarter with Gray and starter Keith Benjamin on the bench, overcoming Lincoln's 18-12 first-quarter lead.
"We tore into their lead with our starters on the bench,'' Mount Vernon coach Bob Cimmino said. "That's the mark of a great team.''
Sebastian Telfair of Abraham Lincoln fights for the ball Saturday during Lincoln's Class AA Final loss to Mount Vernon.
Mount Vernon finished with a 40-33 edge in rebound and scored time after time by forcing the ball down low.
Gray and Jonathan Mitchell joined Robinson on the all-tournament team. Telfair was named to the all-tourney team, along with Gavin Grant and Ricky Torres of St. Raymond's, which lost Friday night.
Mount Vernon finished its season with a 27-3 record.
Antonio Pena led Lincoln (26-5) with 17 points.
