It all started with one
One thought
One need
One prayer
“Lord, show up, make yourself real to me.”
Its as if He says
“I’ve been here all the time.
You just weren’t there yet”
Now with each day it’s something new
New revelations
New heights
New lows
New mercies
I thank Him for all of these
Blessed to be able to feel it so deeply now
Sometimes I’m scared
The frustration of not knowing gets to me
Then enters the “what ifs”
And the second-guesses
…I start to feel needy again
But for who?
or for what?
My source will be different this time
I choose YOU

* snaps fingers* go head gurl and give our Father the praise . its so easy to be distracted nowadays from His word ( I know ) but our lives could be so much easier ( though its hard to actually visualize that thought at times ) if we just put Him first .
