I'm bout to get fired! Posted on 06-05-2004
Kismet_TNT

Man I'm at work now..the library...and this lady came to check out material from another person's card. The policy is that you have to bring a written note that is signed, dated ,a dn has ur name on it from the person's card it is. When you come you must bring identification proving you are the person on the note. This lady brought a note without it being dated and she had no ID. Now I'm like I'm not sure if you can check out this person's material...trying to be nice ya know. But this lady screams JUST GIVE ME THE FUKKIN' BOOK! I think Aww ****I'm bout to get fired...but I stay calm and collected. I call my supervisor. I was bout to tell her **** she couldn't get shyt..but I'm trying to be nice. She then but into tears...For a minute I think I hope whatever is messing with ya head FUKKS u up. But I felt a lil guilty...since I'm trying this nice phase out. But have you ever had any experience with and employee or someone on ur job that makes u want to say fukk this job it's ON now????? LORD GIVE ME STRENGTH!

well i was working at RGH (Rochester General Hospital) as an intern and i was doing all kinds of things, but anyways, this lady was trying to leave the floor with a baby that did not belong to her and i knew it was not her damn baby! the floor that all the ladies have babies on is the third and that is also the nursery and everything right. well she is trying to get on the elevator as i am gettin off and i see her holdin this baby with his name bracelet still on and the baby clothes that are given to the parents for their baby for the time they are in the hospital. I hold the door open and ask the lady if she could please come with me so we can perform the proper procedures for exiting the hospital with your new born child. she tells me to mind my fukkin business and she already filled out all the paper work and the baby had all his shots already and that their was a doctor downstairs waiting to escort her to her car already. that's where she fukked up because no doctor will ever meet you down stairs. so I just pulled the little orange lever to inform security that we had a code orange situation. this lady lays the baby on the floor in the elevator and says she is gonna kick my **** if i dont let the elevator go. so I think to myself "oh this **** must be crazy" four seconds later the cops and security that was in the building come storming out the staircases grab her up and take her to a holding cell. all i know is that if they aint get there when they did she might have caught a bad number, but that aint happen and it's all good now. one

Wow, that's crazy....people are brave!! In our hospitals babies have alarm bracelets on them and as soon as she would have stepped past the nurses station every alarm in the hospital would have went off, and every mother in the hospital would have been at their doors like who baby is that???

**** i know, they trained us for that before they even let us look at the third floor. I aint wanna beat that ladies **** but so help me God she would have been the next admitted patient. I dont think the baby had the bracelet on because the baby may have been in the nursery and someone probably was not watchin the baby at the time this crazy chic decided to **** the kid. I know someone lost their job either way I put it. but I know those kids are usually all tagged up and that's why they dont let kids under certain ages up on any floors. one

I work at McDonald's and I have track meets on Saturdays so I was at one like an hour and a half from where I live and I called in 2 hours before I was supposed to go in she tells me I need to call back when the closing manager comes in I forgot and called an hour later than I was supposed to she fusses me out about 5 mins and says I can't have every Saturday off. I was like so what you want me to do she said I was going to be written up and you can only get written up twice plus I fussed at this man that came up in there smoking and wanted some sodas he only bought 2 and asked for his other cup and I said you didn't buy one he said well he needs another one I said 1.17 and he puffed smoke in my face. I was llike ok he slammed the money on the counter and I picked it up and slammed it right back down and slammed the cup on the counter he said I think you need to find another job I said I thin k you need to move on he said where is your manager I siad right here Judy this man wants to talk to you and he told her I don't know what she said but hell I don't care I can go to Burger King and get paid alot more. I don't get paid enought I don't think anybody in Human services does. Natalie
