Putting a picture up...

To put up a picture beside your name in the message board, first off you need to be registered as a user of this message board forum... Then you can go into your profile and add an "avatar" which is at the bottom of the profile page for yourself. The picture has to be small, like no more than 100 or so pixel width... Also to track a forum or message posting you have to be registered, then you can set it up to be notified when new topics are posted to a particular message. Cool stuff...
