Get Your WEIGHT Up Posted on 06-19-2004
DEHYDRAYSHUN

I've been on the weights working out this summer, as I know a lot of yall have been as well. I'm still trying to figure out a way to get my weight up and get more muscle. Just wanna hear suggestions of plans that yall are under. What kinda excercises yall do to develop parts of your body. How many reps do you do and how often. What kinda food you eat to develop muscle. stuff like that.

Yeah man... Im gettn too chunky and I need to hop up on some weights. For me nothing beats the simple stuff like pushups and situps when just starting out. I get results fairly well. It helps if you eat red meat because it contains Kreatine which helps you to bulk up faster. Body fat can help some too because it can be converted to muscle if your work out enough. I don't know too much outside of that so I'm kind of in the same boat as you lol.

Something alot of people don't know is that you cant get bigger using only the weight room. You have to have a low body fat percentage also.So hitting the track, treadmill, stair etc. will boost your results greatly. You could stay in the weight room and try to convert ALL the fat into muscle but that won't accomplish too much. You have to work off the extra fat by increasing your metabolism and establishing a faster resting heart rate.Turn your body into a machine that can burn fat in your sleep,by adding cardio into your strength workout. That way so when the muscles begin to develop and show they will be at the forefront and not have alot of fatty tissue surrounding them.Oh ya drink water its great for losing weight.

If u wanna get bigger u gotta gain weight as well as lift. My ex football coach always told us to drink milk and eat peanut butter sammiches to gain weight. It works and its healthy
