Now that you're over 20 (or 21) years old, what things do you refuse to do now that you used to do back in the day?
Example...I refuse to sneak into anything, I refuse to show ID at the local cigar/coffee bar. I refuse to ask for the remote over my girlfriends crib while she's watching Golden Girls...because Golden Girls is a damn good show now.
I also refuse to go outside of the house without a belt on. And I also tuck in my shirts a lot more than I used to. Damn I'm starting to feel like my pops more and more everyday. I also refuse to go without my cowboy hat on the weekends (dont call me wierd...im just a lil' southern).
And I refuse to turn my radio down while i'm listening to the Ohio Players or any other Funk/Blues/Old School music.

Where u from?
Born in Florida, lived there for 3 years, then raised in ATL
Cowboy hats aint ATL's or Floridas style. Its a Kentucky/Alabama/Texas connection.
The cowboy hat thing originated from one of my OLDER kinfolx on my pappy's side of the family in Louisville KY (note: dude from **** Roots was rockin his in the videos). After a few of my family members moved to Dallas, Houston, and other parts of South (and i mean deep south) Alabama, they kept on wearing cowboy hats trying to mock the country white folks. Well, guess what....white folks got mad, but we're still wearin them fukkerz. And we gonna keep on wearin them hoes until we can't wear em no more.
I don't go to hiphop concerts anymore. I rarely listen to hardcore hiphop; I think the whole white tshirt thing is completely stupid. I only buy one pair of sneakers a year (I buy clothes that can be work or casual).

Now i'll wear white t-shirt until the Army quits wearing boots. I like confortable clothes. But I dont wear them 24-7 like a lotta guys do.
I think the whole "Airbrush my white-tee's and AirForce1's" is dumb.
I never did get into the headband thing
I dont try to dress like somebody else. I dress with originality and comfort.
Yeah.
