Hey this is Whitney and I recently got accepted to A&T!! Thank you God!! :lol: I dont know anything about any of the freshmen dorms so if anybody could give me any info about them, I'd really appreciate it. Also, how unlikely is it for a freshman to get into Aggie Suites, and what is the Aggie Terrace??

Oh sorry. Yes. Barbee Hall. 6 floors. 2 elevators. the interior of the dorm is open, no roof. The bottom level has two side. On the first side is the lounge, laundry room, snack machines yada yada yada. The other side holds a big meeting room or something and the Main Office. Each door you see in the hallways, is the entrance to a suite. There are 4 rooms to a suit and you all share a bathroom. The rooms have sinks. Not alot of room to breath but hey. Um expect alot of boys to hang around the dorm, because they seem to FLOCK there the first two weeks. You have 4-12 hour co-ed during the week and 12-12 during the weekends. NO AIR CONDITIONER. I'm not SURE about this info tho, but I hope this helps.
I MAY BE LATE, BUT CONGRATS!!!!! I HAVE A QUESTION FOR THE AGGIES NOW THOUGH. I AM PLANNING ON TRANSFERING AND HOPEFULLY I WILL BE AT A&T SUMMER SCHOOL. BUT WHEN WOULD BE A GOOD TIME FOR ME TO APPLY?? I WANT TO GET A BETTER GRADES FIRST, TO BOOST MY CHANCES OF GETTING IN, SO I THINK I MIGHT WAIT UNTIL THE MIDTERM GRADES COME OUT. IS THIS A GOOD IDEA?

Thanks for the info!! What are the other dorms and are there any, besides Aggie Suites, that are co-ed??
^^^ Yeah the new scotts will likely be coed, and one of the buildings is supposed to be done by the time we come back (ie.3 days :roll: ) But that dorm will be an upperclassmen dorm. A brotha is on the waiting list just in case A&T is not running on CP time with this building.
