they get the surgery if they want to I don't care. I just get angry when I see them talking bout, "well i can eat anytthing I want now cuz when I get the surgery I'll be skinny" See dat's why yo **** that way now and got the nerve to be crying. But anyway, I only run during track season, fukk that. I lift weights for my arms and back to look good but not all masculine and ish. I do squats on my weight machine and I do sit ups. That about it.

I go to the gym everyday. However, I'm switching to working out in the morning. I start with a 5min jog to get my heart rate up a little bit and then I work on a different set of muscles everyday. I'm planning on starting a protein weightgainer soon as well.

do you run track cause if you don't you need to or at least cross country I have a video for running the 800 and it says to run up hills and stuff like that. but basically its all in eating and excercising right. if you go on all these diets that have no excercising whatsoever the diet is bad for you. i feel that if that's a last resort then they need to go ahead and do it but if they can lose the weight by some other means.

i bench press, 2 mile run, do squats, lift weights......... i do push-ups and sit-ups for right now(im on break until football season starts back up)...... as for the surgery, if they are to the point where its life or death, then im for the surgery but other than that it is a cop-out.
