Ok ladies i know we all the spots at home that we got our hair, nails, waxing, and ect at.....so my question is when yall went to college how did u manage being away from your surroundings. And did u find new places 
well I just got everything done when I went home ex. hair, toes, eyebrows, etc. I used to go home about every 2 months. I can go awhile without getting all of that stuff done cuz it really doesn't phase me that much.

we'll for me the only thing i worry about getting done is my hair...
its always easy to find someone to braid....so that is covered...
but when it comes to the relaxer i'm still tryna find someone to do that...this lady was doing it and fukked up my hair big time, so now i gotta search for someone else...

welll when i went my hair was 1 inch from bald since i chopped it off so that was no problem lol...but when it started to grow i just twisted it or afro and went off about my business......
i can do my own nails, toes, and finding someone to wax was easy in DC....

On the flip side though, being down south is GREAT for my head! I can get braided up ((micros)) for as little as $30, there are lots of chics on my campus with mad talent so competition is steep!
