Brandy done changed since she was the young teen wit da braids, even then she didn't have nothing on Monica.

PERSONALLY... Monica has been better.. I mean, her voice is superb.. u know.. that chuuch voice... Brandy.. I'm happy that her voice matured as she grew, becuz othawise.. we woulda had some problems.... As of late, Monica's songs have not been to my liking, but I still like her as the singer a LOT better....
i'ma have to go with monica because she can truly sing. besides, i liked monica's older songs better than brandy's. she even sang better on the boy is mine
