I agree with you to the tenth power about that statement, (even thoughI hope you are playing about blacks shouldn't be allowed to vote) but smart blacks should be allowed to vote---just not the ones who are voting democrat b/c of their race.....some of them dont even know what Kerry stands for.....my family members included....
