PROMBLEMS THAT COME UP WHEN BLACK KIDS R READY 4 COLLAGE Posted on 07-29-2004

I decided 2 post this because its da truth.When black graduates r ready 2 move on up something happens like theres not enough money,a death,anything to hold a black kid back.Man dat happen 2 a friend of mine she was ready then come to find out her mom wasn't!i think yall should pot how yall feel iight ~1~ 8)

i feel what ur saying. and ummm i realllly hate to do this, but i dont know too many people who get ready for collage, but i know a whole lot who are getting ready for college.

He means....he don't know alot of people who plan for their child to go to college at an early age like...9, 10, 11..... When 17 and 18 roll around they are ready for college...but the college plan was not planed in the past alot... In my opinion.....I also feel the black people fail to research colleges also...myself included.....

i do not think that's what he meant....I think he was saying that "collage" is that thing kids make with the pictures and leaves and ish,"college" is where we are all going.....am i correct?

thats exactly wat i meant..and I made a mistake collage,i meant college(thats for REALity)

You know what, I read this article in the paper today about these young black children being involved in a investment club. I thought "boy would I like to teach my children the same good money habits." and I will. Later on I was speaking with a white co-work and she told me her grandfather was teaching her about stocks at age eight old!! Why all I knew at eight was about bad credit and sneaking pennies :cry: from the penny jar got me some candy.Shoot I would have saved those pennies!!! :x
