on wut. dats whats up. what the letter look like!? lol, i just wanna know!!! **** damn. as for the interview from what i'm hearing, you dont' need to go somewhere to "set-up" an interview. either a admissions reps or a rep/alumni that covers your area of the country, state, or city should contact you. and from what i heard, its nothing much, most of them r done on the fone, just asking a couple questions like why morehouse? where u c urself in 10 years? whats ur major? i heard its pretty laid back n informal, just b real w/ the guy on the other line cause he went thru what u goin thru now get a scholarship offer w/ da acceptance letter? if so, how much was it and wut were ur credentials 2 get it (gpa, ACT, ect.)...?

Got yours yesterday.... when did you apply? Doesnt seem to be any true process to admissions. People I know applied in November havent heard, yet people who walked on campus a few weeks ago and did face to face interviews got letters in a few weeks. Someone I know applied last week in January got a full ride! What message does that send to people who took the time to get things in early yet they are left hanging????Morehouse is nice and all but if Howard Hampton & Tuskegee can get their act together.... Wassup Morehouse Admissions!!???!!! Get it together and let the brothers know wassup! Most applicants DO have other options.

I applied directly through their ROTC program in like October. I had an acceptance letter in December!

Tramond, Thats what I'm talking about. First of all, congratulations to you. If you decide to attend, good luck. I just dont understand it though. I know someone who received the ROTC letter too around December, but he wasnt interested. So if he had accepted ROTC, then he would have heard?! But because he wasnt interested he hangs? Whether accepted or not, people deserve to know sooner than later. My friend is at Spelman and even they didnt have her waiting that long. Not right Morehouse. Not right. Where is the order in sending out letters? Try calling Admissions and most of the time you get voicemail. I know someone who sent an email on Monday, still no answer. I know you are busy but people's futures are on hold waiting.....

Thanks! The director of the NROTC program over there told my boy and I (we both applied with him) that we were the first two to be accepted period. Don't know the truth behind that though.. As far as dude who applied and got a letter in December, did he apply directly through Morehouse's program? I also applied for the national NROTC Scholarship and I JUST heard back from them last week. You can be awarded the NROTC scholarship from the national program, but if you aren't accepted to your assigned school, its worth nothing. So i'm thinking that dude applied nationally, and even if he accepted, it wouldn't automatically guarantee admission.

As far as I know he didnt apply to any ROTC at all. Just got the letter from Moehouse ROTC. He said he wasnt interested so he didnt respond.
