I definitely plan on studying abroad sophomore or junior year at Hampton. (I don't even plan on living in the United States, to be honest. I've always wanted to live in Italy.)
That is most definetly one of my goals. I am going to do all that I can to study, even if for a short time, in Africa. I wouldn't mind studying in Europe and other places also, but Africa is number one.
umm at howard since credits dont really transfer im not studying abroad cause im not staying at that school any longer than i have to lol..but if i save up enough money i wanna do a summer study/internship in london....i love that city, i wanna go back again, best experience in my life
I haven't studied abroad, but I have done summer research abroad. Like HU-Sistah I would also suggest a summer internship before you commit to studying abroad. Though the semester and summer only differ by a month or so, a month can make one hell of a difference!
i want to study abroad i got an offer to do student ambassadors and go to Australia, but it was 5000 dolars and my mom said it would be cheaper to go on my own. i want to go to Zimbabwe and study there. i really don't want to live here either but we'll see what happens
I've been to japan with my 8th grade class....and i loved it. Im definately goin to try an study aboard probably in Latin America. But also, goin overseas give you the chance to clear up some misconceptions the world may have about black americans.
