I'm **** that I keep making 15 and 16's. Anyone know HBCU's that would accept those scores? Preferrably in Georgia.

Some schools have programs where you can attend if you fill some additional requirements. Summer programs, taking certain classes, etc. You really should contact admissions and let them know about the situation and see what they recommend. Have you tried studying for the ACT or taking ACT Prep classes?

Yeah I have studied for it and I keep making the same score, but I wouldn't mind going to a summer program I know one of my friends had to do that..gives you a headstart to see what college life is like.

well what's your GPA?? Standardized test scores aren't the only factor in admissions...and HBCUs are there to give you a second chance... Consider Albany State (their requirements are 17 math/17 english) but they will bend the rules if you speak aggresively with the right people in admissions...and they may put you in a summer program or remedial courses like the person above said...or they may make you take placement tests call (229) 430-4646/ or 1-800-822-7267 don't let the receptionist hang up on you...make sure you speak with an admissions counselor... Savannah State (912) 356-2181/ 1-800-788-0478 and Paine College (706)821-8397 or 8206 or 1-800-476-7703 Good luck...you'll end up somewhere

Have you tried taking the SAT? Maybe you should if you diddnt because I did better on the SAT than I did on the ACT ... maybe you should take the SAT ... and Oh yeah I know this is not in Georgia but you may want to try Bethune Cookman.... but my homeboy goes to Paine College and his ACT scores were about what yours are (maybe worse) lol but yeah you should def. try Paine in Augusta.

Nope, but I'll check with CAU to see if I can take the SAT in April because they wanted an updated score by a certain date.

My gpa is a 2.8 and I've only applied to CAU, but Paine's deadline isn't until the summer as well as a few other colleges in GA. SSU sent me 2 applications. So I'm going to start applying to other schools now.
