I depise that. Being Black is like the coolest thing in the world. Why people deny it??? It's so fun being us.
Here's my opinion:
Denying being Black is nothing new. I think it began about 400 years by our oppressors. They made our ancestors believe that Black is evil, terrible, wrong, unattractive, etc. Everything from our beautiful **** hair, voluptuous lips, and more, was scrutinized and looked down upon. Therefore, they began to hate everything Black, and sadly it was passed from one generation to another. Some (like Jennifer Beal) even deny their Blackness (esp. if they wanted to be accepted by mainstream America) if they were extremely light skinned. Some, like Tiger Woods, were taught to hate their Blackness. I don't wanna get too into it, but I hope you get the point I'm trying to make. :-D

I know I'm not the only one who is wondering what Heidi Klum and Seal's baby is going to look like. It's like an experiment in genetics. Seal is African. Heidi is Anglo-Saxon, a German which is almost as white as you're going to get. Any guesses as to which mixed person the baby's going to look like.
