That pic was taken during the mass stages of my workout. I just started taking Ripped Fuel 4 weeks ago. Mass up then cut up or some people prefer definition only like yourself!!!! Its all about a your personal workout plan!!!

but my mom can't seem to get her life together and buy some

I prefer strength and definition. Muscle MASS has very little to do with strength.

My School is Better :o) wrote:^^^ this is true but for an athlete...it dosent even matter how you look it's all about Strength and Mass so it can be used to protect you and force an attack on the field, court...etc but....Wow he is taking Ripped Fuel now..LOL...no way in hell he will pass the NCAA **** test now ^.^ :lol: Can we say "Suspension"?
