I'm still askin my teaches for letters of rec. maybe I could "borrow" some of the things they say about me. But I have yet to start on my essay for HU I don't want to sound cheesy and I also don't want to sound like the last person they just read about 3 essays ago.
I know! I already have a paper due tomorrow and another due next week. As long as I stay organized (hopefully I will) I'll be good. These scholarship deadlines are creeping up on me though. Some sneaky son-of-a-biscuits if you ask me .......I need to get on my essay grind.

Anywho, I cant remember what I wrote about for my essay, but I guess you could say what your intended major is, what you have done in the past (internships, clubs, activities) or what you are doing now as stepping stones to your proposed area of study and how learning at Howard University in particular will help you reach your ultimate career/personal goal.
I'm not too familiar with Howard's essay and how they judge it, but I hope that helps
i don't start until weds but i wish it was april already lol and as far as my essay i've been doing so many scholarship ones i was gonna use one of those and i do have an old essay that i did at this college prep program the summer before last that i could use
