You are so right I have seen that too many times, especially back when people was gettin curls and they had that string of cotton goin around they head up under the plastic cap. Thats a damn shame!
o lawd knows im gulity of that! when i go get my hair washed/colored/permed (not at the same time). i stay leaving with a cap on my head to get some food next door!!!
