high school seniors class of 2009

i think this where we could talk about being seniors and making are moves to colleges or what not

^^ i wish i was getting straight a's. that was my plan during the summer. NOW i'm taking all this hard stuff and I think i'm coming out with b's and c's. :-( and I used to live in the country. lol. my mama moved me to the city during elementary so she wouldn't have to worry about the country high schools...

^yeah katrina just really like messed everything up but um i was reading an article in 17 mag. and it says that some ppl dont think about bringing george foreman grills to college w/ them.....i didnt think that was possible

bringing george foreman grills? those are the lil ones right? they're prolly not allowed cuz they're heat-producing and can overheat to cause a fire.

i know thats what i thought....thats why i was so shocked, idk tho' @ SC we cant bring anything

hmm...i wonder if we can bring fish. i wanna bring a cute little fish bowl. it says no pets, but fish aren't really pets.

yeah i know this is late LOL my school gives out cords... but its based on GPA... 3.0 to 3.5 get silver, 3.6 to 4.0 gets bronze, and 4.0+ gets gold... definitely plan on gettin a gold... lol

im applying to spelman, howard, clark atlanta, and morgan state... my counselor is also making me apply to UNC - Chapel Hill (ugh... hate that school) cuz for whatever reason here in north carolina ppl dont seem to care that much about HBCUs (even though we have like 11 in the state) and they look at me like im crazy when i tell them where Im applying because im "supposed" to want to go to Carolina, NC State, Duke, and places like that... i have never done what people have expected of me and i dont intend to start now sorry... im done venting now LOL

how could she make you apply?
