Y when you try to help folk out they want to be rude.
I'm sitting at the tour desk answering the phone...this family wants a tour a week after our biggest admissions event and usually we try to schedule people 2 weeks in advance but being the nice person I try to be I offer to add them to a tour, but let them know they probably won't get a confirmation in the mail since we are extra busy.
Man...this is just half the story. But I mean geez y do folks expect when you get a campus tour that you are going to get every thing taken care of. We give like 50 thousand of those things so automatically you should figure it going to be generic. And how are you going to expect me ... a student... to set up a meeting with a department chair. Like I magically have their schedule in front of me.
