the other day we were talking about how ut is giving all this money to black students. they said they don't wanna graduate even ONE black student with debt. so they'll give u a scholarship and if it's not enough a founder or sumbody (can't remember) will match the scholly. they'll keep adding and matching until their school is FREE! yay! that's why i put it on my list. :-)
I am proud of you ladies. I personally really enjoyed the HBCU experience, academically and socially. If you are considering PWIs in Tennessee, I recommend applying to Vanderbilt University in addition to the University of Tennessee. However, the HBCU experience is irreplaceable. Good Luck ladies!

no, but I am almost done. I have to finish the essay, then I will be done. I already put in the requests for my transcript and I asked for letters of rec. So I am excited!!
i asked for one of my recs. i still have the other form in my locker. i filled out the transcript request but it's in my locker too. and i gotta get my 30 in october on the act lol...then i'll be done.
